Transition University St Andrews are hosting a Transition Network THRIVE course on the weekend of the 16-17 Nov 2013.

This course aims to help established groups become sustainable, develop energy descent action plans, and help them reflect on their current work and plan for the future. The course is open to groups working on Transition as well as people from the St Andrews interested in making Transition happen here.

Find out more about the course including an overview of the course, speakers and who it is and isn't ideal for at www.transitionnetwork.org/training/courses/thrive

How to book

To book please go to the University's online shop. Charges are (£50 students and unwaged, £100 non-students, £150 institutional support).

This is a popular course that has been run across the country with trained facilitators from the Transition Network. We hope it will be an inspiring weekend of activities.

EAUC Topic Support Network event

In addition, a free of charge meeting under the EAUC Topic Support Network for promoting positive environmental behaviour has been arranged for Monday 18 November at 10.30am in St Andrews. This meeting has attracted interest from people involved in top down engagement as well as more grassroots initiatives from other universities and will be a chance to discuss integration of approaches. Please contact us for more details and to book a place at the EAUC event.
