This course looks at how to resolve these contradictions and maximise conditions for success. It covers:
• The strategic role of space management: it is often seen as purely operational, but the way that space is planned, managed and used has a major impact on project and capital planning and on the scope for delivering efficiencies
• Challenges to making progress, including lack of support and key information
• Working towards effective utilisation and assessing the scope for rationalisation against benchmarks
• How to build support, develop policy and focus on implementation through action plans
Speaker: Sian Kilner - Kilner Planning
This event is open to EAUC Members - the EAUC is a member of HEEAF.
