Regional Meetings

Regions meet regularly, in person or online, throughout the year. In-person meetings are held at Members’ institutions, to benefit from a free venue - this responsibility is rotated so each member can ‘host’. Meeting dates, minutes and actions should be stored on the Region’s online portal on the EAUC website, for all Members to view.

There is no requirement for Annual General Meetings, although some Regions do carry them out. The EAUC can provide guidance on carrying out an AGM, should this be required.

An EAUC team member will aim to attend all meetings, at which they will present an update on the organisation's activities.
