EAUC Scotland Programme 2017-2020

The EAUC Scotland Team have been part-funded by the Scottish Funding Council to deliver a further three-year programme from April 2017 - March 2020, to support universities and colleges take action on climate change and sustainability within estates management, learning and teaching, and engagement.

This programme is focused on Catalysing Transformative Leadership for Sustainability, and requires the EAUC Scotland Team to generate a significant amount of income from other sources to support the Programme activities.

The Programme has four key Outcomes which can be summarised as:
  1. Leadership for sustainability at all levels of FHE institutions
  2. Skills and knowledge available to deliver and monitor a low-carbon, sustainable and resilient FHE sector
  3. Strong cross-organisational and cross-sector contacts allow sharing of ideas and best practice
  4. Sustainability embedded into teaching, research and engagement practices

More detail on these can be found in the Outcome Agreement with the Scottish Funding Council (SFC), which can be downloaded from this page.
