EAUC Scotland Programme 2024-2025

EAUC Scotland’s Mission is to inspire, empower and support leadership and collaborative action for sustainability across the Scottish further and higher education (FHE) sector. Our programme ‘Supporting a step-change towards environmental sustainability at Scotland's Universities and Colleges’ will continue to support this mission from April 2024 to March 2025, and will build upon our previous outcome agreement work with the Scottish Funding Council, and on behalf of the Scottish further and higher institutions.

You can download the full 12-month Outcome Agreement at the bottom of this page.

Key projects for the year programme include:

  • Initiating Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) guidance for college educators
  • Publishing a biodiversity strategy best practice guide
  • Launching Greenhouse gas emission reporting learning pack
  • Launching Commuter emissions calculator and guidance
  • Facilitating the PBCCD peer review and wider support
  • Delivering the EAUC Scotland Conference

We will also work with SFC and key partners to progress Learning for Sustainability in learning, teaching and research and support SFC on its own strategic framework and the national performance framework.

We look forward to working with the sector to deliver these outcomes. If you have any questions or ideas, please get in touch
