About

Established to address emerging skills needs across the evolving energy sector (particularly the Celtic Freeport Region), the Alliance works with employers, educators to create meaningful pathways into careers spanning low-carbon, and renewable energy and construction industries. By promoting transferable skills, broadening awareness of career opportunities and supporting inclusive participation, the SPARC Alliance helps young female learners understand how their talents can contribute to the future of energy.

Top 3 learnings

  1. We achieved greater impact by bringing diverse partners together around a shared purpose.
  2. We learned that meaningful inclusion starts with listening before designing solutions.
  3. We built confidence first; girls then saw themselves in careers they hadn't considered.

What would it mean to win?

For Pembrokeshire College, winning would strengthen our position as a collaborative, community-focused institution that is shaping the future workforce responsibly and inclusively
