Sustainable Engagement Coordinator - City, University of London

Working independently, the Sustainability Engagement Coordinator acts as institutional lead on student and staff engagement for sustainability. The role retains responsibility for the planning, scheduling, development and delivery of all activities in support of the University sustainability initiatives, while ensuring that these activities align with the University’s annual sustainability objectives.


The main duties and responsibilities of the role include:

- Developing and delivering an engagement strategy for students and staff
- Planning and coordinating activities around key events and campaigns
- Planning and delivering the annual London Student Sustainability Conference
- Managing communications around sustainability issues (using social media, blog posts, websites, newsletters, etc.)
- Working closely with the key stakeholders and students to ensure successful delivery of sustainability objectives and projects
