Sustainability Manager - Leeds Arts University

A vacancy has arisen for a Sustainability Manager at Leeds Arts University to develop, co-ordinate and drive the implementation of sustainability projects and initiatives aligned to the University Sustainability Framework and the SDG Accord, particularly within the academic areas of the University.

The role involves engaging with staff and students to develop and identify sustainability initiatives as well as contributing to external engagement and partnerships with organisations. The post holder works closely with academic colleagues on developing sustainable practice and reporting on achievements against the University Sustainability Framework at Committee level.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and have an excellent understanding of Sustainability issues within both the creative sector and education. They will have project management skills as well as organisational and prioritising skills and the ability to communicate effectively to a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Salary: £39,152 - £42,792 pro rata per annum (£19,576 - £21,396)
Hours: 18.5 per week (0.5 FTE)
