The Sustainability Champion (Ecology and Biodiversity) is a key role within the Energy and Sustainability team – it provides an opportunity to enact real change at scale and to improve the campus environment for both people and planet.

You will be working with a wide range of colleagues, collaborating with operational teams, academic researchers, students, professional services and external partners to design and deliver ecology enhancement and biodiversity net gain (BNG) projects across campus.

This role is varied in nature and encompasses elements of project and operations management, data collection and analysis, stakeholder engagement, events, supporting education and research and championing sustainable behaviour change.

This part-time role is part of a job share. The standard working days for the successful candidate will be Wednesday to Friday.
