Carbon Literacy train-the-trainer programme for universities and colleges

In support of the First Carbon Literacy Action Day, Manchester Metropolitan University are pleased to offer their award winning Carbon Literacy train-the-trainer programme to staff and students from any University or College (or associated Student Union, Club or Society), who have pledged to join the initiative!

The Carbon Literacy train-the-trainer programme is an interactive online course designed to equip participants with skills and knowledge crucial for delivering Carbon Literacy (CL) training online and face-to-face.  The programme is aimed at individuals with no or very limited experience of delivering training.

By the end of the programme, the participants will:

• Be fully aware of the CL certification process.
• Have acquired skills and knowledge to enable them to confidently deliver CL training online and face-to-face.
• Have delivered a section of CL training to their fellow participants.
• Have explored a number of different online tools that can be used for interactive sessions.
