This year, the conference format will include two full days and two half days, which will occur in the following schedule:
USP is a public university founded in 1934. It is the largest Brazilian public university, holding a high reputation among world universities. USP is involved in teaching, research and university extension in all areas of knowledge, offering a broad range of courses.

- ISCN 2019 will begin on Tuesday, June 11, 2019: A half day starting with a ceremonial dinner.
- Wednesday, June 12, 2019: A full day.
- Thursday, June 13: A full day.
- The conference will conclude on Friday, June 14, 2019: A half day that will end at lunch, allowing participants to accommodate travel time or attend optional sessions .
