Recent Projects:
  • We completed negotiations with a contractor in relation to a new £4.4m woodland nursery and forest school for Staffordshire University.  On completion the building will become the university’s first net-zero carbon facility on its campus, having been designed using passive and highly efficient technologies for heating, cooling, and ventilation.

  • We acted for the University of Roehampton in relation to a £3m term loan from the London Energy Efficiency Fund (LEEF) to part finance the redevelopment of the University’s state of the art media centre.  The LEEF facility contributed towards the funding of innovative energy efficiency measures such as air source heat pumps and solar treated glazing systems.
