Judging

The judging of each application will be based on the following criteria:

  • The nature and size of both environmental and non-environmental benefits
  • The relationship between benefits and costs
  • Broader significance to the sector
  • The quality and reliability of evidence supporting the claims being made
  • Unusual features which make the application ‘stand out from the crowd’
