Carbon Literacy Training

EAUC are pleased to be working in partnership to promote Carbon Literacy training, we have set up training days hosted by several of our Member organisations.  We hope to run more of these public events on an ongoing basis making access to Carbon Literacy Training easier for everyone.

The aim of this project is to get staff (academics and professional services) and students of universities and colleges, Carbon Literate within a short time frame - and most importantly to get as many people as possible actively involved in embedding climate solutions in their own life and work.

Graduates and employees with the know-how in tackling environmental and social issues to cope with future challenges have a competitive advantage in the job market.

If you are interested in hosting a Carbon Literacy Training Day, please get in touch with us on cmotte@eauc.org.uk

The training was developed by Manchester Metropolitan University, Nottingham Business School (Nottingham Trent University) in collaboration with the Carbon Literacy Project; UN PRME Champions and Oikos International. and is certified by the Carbon Literacy Project.
