BMS Engineer - University of Bath

In this strategic role you will impact the university's drive towards achieving a carbon neutral building portfolio by 2030. The university have a diverse range of buildings on their purpose-built campus, from their original 1960s plan through to their £72million School of Management building opening in January 2022. You will benefit from the flexibility of combining working from home and on their campus with the technology to support your success. 

Taking ownership of the building and energy management control systems throughout the estate, you will ensure they work to their optimum capabilities. Ensuring environmental and comfort conditions are maintained, you will minimise their environmental impact and energy consumption while improving the systems reliability and functionality.

Supporting the BMS Supervisor to create an effective operating Building Management System. You will provide vital advice and guidance to the workshop supervisors, engineers and managers to minimum down time, increase efficiency and end user satisfaction.
