Updates to BREEAM UK New Construction Scheme

BRE Global updates the BREEAM UK new construction scheme for non-domestic buildings biennially to ensure that it remains up-to-date and a driver for innovation in building design and construction.

They have now published a summary of the key changes and additions they are making, and how BRE Global and BREEAM is responding to feedback, regulatory changes and the low carbon sustainable construction challenges facing the industry.

The BREEAM 2011 scheme document will be published in early March.
