Construction

The construction, use and end of life of buildings have great environmental impact. Current practices have created too many inefficient and expensive buildings that represent a poor legacy for the next generation to inherit. The universities and colleges and people that occupy buildings are starting to realize that their buildings should perform better.

More sustainable buildings produce better quality environments both inside and out, last longer by being more durable and adaptable, cost less to run and are a benefit to the community.
