About the Conference

The 16th EAUC Annual Conference will be held on 27 – 29 March 2012 at the University of York.

The 2012 Conference will bring together over 370 delegates from every area of campus life, from the further and higher education sector. Delegates include those responsible for environmental management, estates and facilities, finance and procurement as well as curriculum leaders and students. Traditionally, the Conference will include plenary sessions, interactive workshops, and facilitated networking events, the Conference Gala Dinner as well as the Exhibition. Exhibitors are welcome and encouraged to attend all aspects of the Conference.

By exhibiting or sponsoring at the conference you are showcasing your product and/or service to a niche audience in both the higher and further education sector. Here you will find the sector’s key thinkers, decision makers and policy holders together under one roof.

About the Exhibition

The 2012 exhibition hall offer 45 exhibition spaces, with the exhibition centrally located around plenary and workshop rooms allowing for a good flow of traffic throughout the day. The set-up will be similar to the 2011 exhibition with all catering and refreshments taking place inside the exhibition hall to ensure maximum exposure for exhibitors.

Previous exhibitors have covered a wide range of industries and organisations offering sustainability services and products for the further and higher education sector. A much wider impact is made by linking suppliers and departments within an institution. This event is your opportunity to make links with all the key players in the further and higher education sector. As well as meeting with them formally at your exhibition stand, there will be opportunities for more informal meetings during the facilitated networking events.

To make booking quick and easy, all documents and booking are online this year.

• Select any additional elements you require such as accommodation*, Conference Gala Dinner, additional stand personnel tickets, advertising etc.
• We ask you to read and accept the EAUC Conference ethos and the EAUC Conference terms and conditions (see below)
