A comprehensive programme of initiatives has helped Highbury

Portsmouth become more accessible to some of the most deprived and
hardto-
reach groups in its area. The whole range of sustainability factors
has been
considered - from environmental to social to economic – and
barriers to learning
have been removed at every stage.
