New opportunities for partnerships with LSIS

The Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS) have announced two new opportunities to work with partners and communities on sustainability. They are seeking bids from individuals or groups of providers who wish to develop original or initiate new projects, in return for grants of up to £5,000 or £7,500 for their ‘Stepping Up in Sustainability Fund 2011: Grant funding opportunities in sustainable development’.
LSIS are also inviting applications from individuals within the sector who would like to be considered for the opportunity to be a Regional Sustainability Adviser. The ‘Regional Sustainability Advisers: promoting sustainability in your region’ fund is for grants of £6,000 per RSA. Closing date for applications for both funds is 12pm on Monday 3 October 2011.
