Single-use items are currently en vogue, but what is the evidence behind actions to limit their use?

Michael Lenaghan, Environmental Policy Advisor for Zero Waste Scotland, will present a range of recent studies and initiatives aimed at reducing or replacing single-use catering items, and provide general guidance on how organisations looking to tackle the issue should approach the problem.

Michael has previously explored the issue of disposable cups with us, and you may find it useful to view this webinar before this session.  You can find the recording here.
