AUDE and HESPA are holding a one day conference on space planning and utilisation for the directors of estates and senior planners in higher education.

10.45 – Plenary 1: Workload management and space planning
An institutional wide look at workload management, model data, finance and capital projects from a UK higher education institution. 

11.15 – Plenary 2: Out of sector best practice
A session looking at the issues of space utilisation and planning from an expert outside of the HE sector, speaker TBC. It will provide details of problems, solution and outputs to enable delegate the chance to compare, contrast and see a different way of doing things.
