The Travel and Transport Topic Support Network would like to invite anyone working within travel and transport in Universities or Colleges, or working with those within this sector, to our free  bi-annual meeting in collaboration with ACT TravelWise at the University of Dundee.

We will be hearing from three key speakers - Ross Milligan from Edinburgh College about the research value as well as practical benefits of the College's electric fleet, Paul McCorkell from Enterprise Cars / City Car Club about the decision whether to own or hire a car or join a car club, and Mark Pennington from Tusker Cars about purchasing low carbon cars through a salary sacrifice scheme. The event also includes time to discuss current developments and priorities for travel and transport within the further and higher education sector.

We will finish with an optional escorted walk to the station over the new Seabraes footbridge over the railway line in Dundee, which provides a new easy walking and cycling route for University staff, students and visitors. You can watch the video of it being lifted into position here (the action starts around 1 minute in).
