Event Summary

This event is for those of you looking for a simpler, less onerous environmental rating scheme for your capital / Estates Development projects - especially those involving refurbishment or fit-out.

This workshop will review whether the RICS "Ska Rating" system fits the bill for lower cost projects - say under £5m.

University College London and several others have successfully used the existing"Office" version even for laboratory fitouts and now an AUDE / HEFCE-supported project is planning to develop a number of FHEI-specific criteria to complement the 100 or so existing.

Hear Peter James, Project Director for S-Lab, Hi Performance Buildings and HEEPI and Sally Sloan, Ska project Officer will share their understanding of the opportunities this lower-cost online offering provides.
