The UTC team are running a series of workshops in December 2009/January 2010, for returning and new participants.
The workshops aim to provide an in-depth understanding of the index surveys and practical advice on how to complete them. They will cover a host of topics including: the benefits of participation; improvements to the survey and index process; approaches to completion, the scoring system and presentation of the results. It will also provide delegates with the opportunity to raise specific questions and meet other participants and share experiences.

Places are free for institutions that have signed up for year 2. If you have not already signed up then booking fees are redeemable if you sign up for year 2 on completion of this event. If you wish to sign up to year 2 please click here to access the sign up form.
