The UTC team are running a series of five workshops in December 2009, for returning and new participants.
The workshops aim to provide an in-depth understanding of the index surveys and practical advice on how to complete them. They will cover a host of topics including: the benefits of participation; improvements to the survey and index process; approaches to completion, the scoring system and presentation of the results. It will also provide delegates with the opportunity to raise specific questions and meet other participants and share experiences.
