The EAUC is the sustainability champion for universities and colleges in the UK. Run by members, for its members, the EAUC seeks to work with members and partners to drive sustainability to the heart of further and higher education. This survey offers members a fantastic opportunity to give feedback on all aspects of the EAUC and gives them the potential to win a Full Conference Ticket and large luxury fair trade office hamper! The survey is easy to fill out and takes about ten minutes and will give educational  members the opportunity to give feedback on all aspects of the EAUC including:

• Membership services
• Communication channels
• Events and Projects

The membership survey objectives are to analyse the following:

• Asses membership satisfaction with current services provided, to see which specific services and formats provided are most relevant and useful
• Investigate members awareness of the current services provided
• See how current members utilise current services provided
• Identify any areas that members would like the EAUC to expand through analysis of existing satisfaction and identification of any key unmet needs
• Explore the different requirements of FE, HE and other education sectors so the EAUC can more accurately target FE institutions (with the aim to increase membership in the FE sector)
• Collect contact information and provide a member profile so that targeted membership services can be available in the future
• Produce an evaluation report on members’ views with results displayed in graphs, tables and discussion on future directions. This will identify membership benefits and highlight new areas to work on as well as potential projects.
