The license fee is based on an ongoing agreement with a minimum license fee term of twelve months from the date of initial payment. You have the right to cancel your license after the initial twelve month period by giving one month’s written notice.

The LiFE Index is an online software system that is charged based on how many users an institution wishes to have using the system.

The Learning in Future Environments (LiFE) Index is an online software system that is charged based on an ongoing agreement with a minimum license fee term of twelve months from the date of initial payment; license fees are based on the number of users required by your institution as per the bands indicated on the packages. We regret that no applications for cancelling software system contact can be received ahead of your first 12 months, for whatever reason. After this period cancellation can be processed with one month's written notice.

Login information for the online system will be made available on receipt of booking; note any sign-ups prior to the launch on November 1st 2011 will receive their login information on the launch date. Correspondence will be done via email. If you have not received confirmation of your involvement within 28 days of payment, please contact the EAUC office. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of information. EAUC reserves the right to change the content and timings of the scheme. LiFE will launch on 1 November 2011, after this date institutions can still sign up to participate in LiFE at any time. An institution must pay for use of the software system to be able to go for the optional accreditation.

The LiFE programme is managed by the EAUC, click here for details on EAUC Membership.
