Energy Performance Certificates in Scotland - A Guidance Note on Obligations for Universities & Colleges

The Environmental Association for Universities and Colleges (EAUC-Scotland) has published a guidance paper on Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) in Scotland to inform senior managers about EPCs and their institutions’ legal obligation to produce and display them within certain buildings in their estates by 4th January 2009.

The guidance includes what EPCs are, who is responsible for them, how they are produced and a flow chart helps identify buildings which might require these certificates.
