The EAUC seeks to appoint a Programmes and Events Manager to cover a 6-12 month period of maternity leave. The appointee will take on a wide range of challenging activities, drawing on a range of project and event management skills. You will have direct responsibility for key projects leading on programme research, construction, contracting, legality, financial planning, assessment and evaluation and reporting.
You will also lead the research, design, implementation and evaluation of EAUC events, including direct responsibility for the Green Gown Awards banquet and masterclasses, and the joint management of the EAUC’s CPD programme.
You will have a proven track record in project management and event management, with an understanding of the principles of sustainable development. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills. Self motivated, you are able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. You have excellent organisational and time management skills and can work concurrently on a large number of different activities.
