Sustainability Statement

As external refurbishment specialists, our expertise is in recycling the existing building, preserving its embodied energy whilst reducing heating energy consumption by c.70% (proven). Operational carbon emissions are reduced by the same amount. The building's life is extended by at least 60 years. Our proprietary rainscreen is comprised of predominantly recycled materials which are 95% recyclable at the end of their useful life.Refurbished buildings enhance the institution's brand and appeal.
