The BREEAM Education 2008 Assessors Manual is available on the BRE website and is available to download for free.

The education manual can be used for assessing:

• Primary Schools
• Secondary Schools
• Non-acute SEN Schools
• Sixth Form Colleges
• Further Education/ Vocational Colleges

The BREEAM Education Assessor Manual is a technical guidance document that has been created to aid licensed BREEAM Assessors in carrying out Assessments.
