Behaviour Change Management Programme Evaluation

Following the successful completion of this pilot programme, lists of recommendations were made. The recommendations show that while this Programme has shown benefits, more development is required before this programme is to be rolled out as a full UK EAUC member service.

Below are the reports produced throughout the pilot stage. Alexi Marmot Associates, AMA, produced three reports; a change management programme report for each institution following the attitudes survey and an additional findings report for the EAUC.

An Independent Evaluation was undertaken by Osbert Lancaster for the effectiveness of the modules that made up the Programme. Please note that this is not an impact assessment evaluation, as it is too early in the process to undertake this kind of evaluation. An impact assessment will be undertaken towards the end of the academic year (2010/11) to ensure institutions have sufficient time to implement change through the findings.
