2010 AGM Notification

We have pleasure in announcing our forthcoming AGM. It will be held during the Annual Conference at 10.05am on Wednesday 24th March 2010 at Bangor University, Wales.

Attached are the following supporting papers:

3. 2009 Annual Report / Report of the Trustees and Financial Statements (to follow)

Due to the current call for Trustees (closing date today) a further Resolution Paper will be sent out after 12th March for further recommendations from the Board for Trustees. The Annual Accounts and Trustee Report are being finalised by the Board next week and this paper will follow.

The AGM is open to all but only Full Educational Members are entitled to vote. The voting right of Member institutions may be exercised by one representative only.
